2017 registration is open . As a presenter you must pay the registration fee. Travel and lodging must be booked separately and are not included in the registration fee.
By agreeing to present, you agree to abide by the RMUEE Presenter Policy.
Presenters are encouraged to use the RMUEE PowerPoint Templates, at least for their opening and closing slides. See the RMUEE Presenter Policy for further details. The wide-screen format is preferred, but a standard template is also available.

You will be provided with a stand that will allow you to clip your poster board of up to 30"x40" size onto the stand with a 12-inch square shelf for you to place business cards or a flyer. No electrical connections or other table area will be provided. You will be expected to set-up your Poster during lunch on Wednesday and take it down following the evening reception. Sponsors of the event will be expected to stand near your Poster during the Networking Reception from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 27 to describe your poster and answer questions.
Sponsor Showcase Lightning Round
Up to three (3) minute presentation (you will be timed) during general session just ahead of Wednesday evening reception. You must submit slides in advance for compilation into a timed deck, no more than five slides per presenter. One slide about the company, one or two slides about a client case study, one slide about why they should come talk to you at the table later, and a secret word. Audience will be asked to listen closely and identify key words in order to be entered into a random drawing for valuable prizes.
General and Breakout Session Presenters
You and/or your co-presenters have been assigned a 30-minute time slot for PowerPoint slides or other presentation materials, including questions and answers. Make sure to plan at least 10 minutes for the Q&A discussion. Please help us stay on schedule by beginning and ending promptly. Plan to bring a copy of your presentation with you on a USB drive to upload to the conference laptop connected to the PowerPoint projector. We will keep a copy of your presentation on the conference laptop so we may upload it to the event website proceedings afterwards. Presentations must be approved by co-chairs in advance. Modifications will NOT be accepted on site with co-chair approval.
